Welcome to Sip N' Snack. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including Bahulu, Kerepek and Ice Jelly Lime. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. About the online service
Availability of products and services.
Sip N' Snack products are available only at Polytechnic Nilai campus for now.
Obey the rules of the road
Whenever you use the online services, you must obey the rules of the road and all applicable rules and regulations. You must not use the online services while driving or while behind the wheel or controls of a vehicle that is moving or not in “park”. In the interest of safety at all times, you should only use the online services when it is lawful and safe to do so.
You are responsible for your devices and accounts.
Any hardware, software, and services required to use the online services are your responsibility. Sip N' Snack makes no promises on how well the online services will work on certain hardware or software. For your use of the online services, including when we contact you via text, email, or other channels of your choosing, you are also liable for any messaging and data charges, fees, and taxes. Only permitted operating systems (such as Apple iPhone OS for Apple devices) and devices that you own or control may be used to access the online services. You are in charge of maintaining the account's security and overseeing any activity associated with it if you create an account for online services. You are only permitted to use one account for online services, and you are always required to maintain the accuracy of your account information. To create an account for online services, you might need to provide an email address. It is not allowed for you to create more than one account using different email addresses.

Additionally, Sip N' Snack is free to change these agreements whenever it sees fit. We shall use a fair amount of notice to alert you to any substantial changes made by to the terms. Sip N' Snack will also update the online service with the updated conditions. Please periodically check these terms to see if there have been any changes. You must immediately cease using the online services and ask Sip N' Snack to terminate any accounts you may have created if you disagree with the updated terms. You can go to "your profile" and choose "delete account" to terminate your account.
